Community Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RGR Mobile app and website. By creating an account or using RGR Mobile, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RGR Mobile.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
RGR Mobile is a community for service members and their families. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that violates these Terms will be removed, and accounts that post it may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use RGR Mobile.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- Some features require verification of military affiliation.
You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option in the app. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information and content when you do.
Content Rules
You may not post or share content that:
- Is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone
- Promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or national origin
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent
- Is spam, a scam, or fraudulent
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your military affiliation
- Shares another person's personal information without permission
- Shares information that could compromise operational security (OPSEC), such as unit movements, deployment details, or sensitive locations
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
Reporting and Blocking
You can report any post or reply, and block any user, from the ••• menu on their content. Blocked users' posts and replies are hidden from you, and they cannot send you notifications. You can manage blocked users in Settings.
We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our discretion, whether or not the content was reported.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you give RGR Mobile a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You are responsible for what you post.
Disclaimer
Information shared by members reflects their personal experiences and opinions. RGR Mobile does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content, and it is not official guidance from any branch of the U.S. military or government. RGR Mobile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will update the effective date and notify users through the application when appropriate. Continuing to use RGR Mobile after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
